Below I have detailed how I typically process my projects.  This is a general overview of how things will happen.  I am open to suggestions every step of the way and will do whatever you need to feel comfortable!

1)  You have a project.
If you have a project, then feel free to send me an email at quotes@exceldatasolutions.com.  Please include the following fields in your email and attach a spreadsheet if you think it may help.

2)  I provide a FREE quote
I will return you a quote estimating the duration and cost of the project and how I plan to approach it.  This quote is guaranteed to be the maximum time and cost you will incur (this may not hold true if during construction the project goes beyond the scope of the original agreement, at which point we will discuss how to best proceed).

3)  You accept my quote
Via email, you accept my quote and agree to proceed.  You do not owe me a single penny at this point.

4)  I complete your project  
Upon completion of the project, I will email it to you along with an invoice for payment.

5)  You review your project and pay your invoice
If the project is to your satisfaction, you pay the invoice.

Disclosure
I will not necessarily do this, but I do reserve the right to password protect projects that take longer than a few hours to complete.  I will give you a temporary password which will allow you access for a limited time.  Upon receipt of payment, the full password will be given to you.  It will unlock the program completely for your use, and you will never see it again.
